Please accept my thanks for all your efforts relating to the sale of our late mother’s villa in Eastwood. My brother, my niece and myself had never sold a property before and it was very reassuring to have someone who was clearly very knowledgeable and professional in charge of the process.

This was a very emotional time for us; the loss of a close family member is distressing and to have to enter into the unknown procedure of selling a house can be very daunting.

All the way along, you kept all three of us up-to-date through emails, phone calls and texts. You answered questions very promptly and valued our input at every stage. You went to great lengths to explain the marketing phase, the auction process and also how to “read” the market.

On auction day, my brother Steve was overseas and you took great care to explain to Brooke and myself how the auction would proceed. I feel that you showed real personal concern for us and we took comfort from your confidence.

We were happy with not only the successful result, but also the manner in which you and your staff handled everything. Rarely a day went by that you did not keep in contact. We could not have asked for more effective communication.
